• If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• United States Orders:
  • All import duties and taxes are included in your payment. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
• Non-US Orders:
  • Import duties and taxes may be levied according to the destination country's customs rules.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, customers will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • We comply fully with international customs laws. Declaring items as gifts or undervaluing merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Speedy Shipping

• We offer Speedy Shipping for selected items. If your order includes both Speedy Shipping and regular items, you may choose to split your shipment for faster delivery.

Shipping Address Updates

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including unit or house number, a valid phone number, and full street details. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delays or lost packages.

Address updates:

1. Before shipment:

• Modify your address via the MICAS app for any unshipped order. We'll process your request within 24 hours.

2. During transit:

• If your order is already en route and you need to update your delivery information (e.g.,address or phone number), please contact our customer support team at support@shopmicas.com immediately and provide the revised details.
• Important Notes:
• Address changes during transit may incur interception fees, which vary by carrier and are the customer's responsibility.
• Because your package is already in transit, successful modification is not guaranteed.

Additional Information

• Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to high parcel volumes, customs clearance delays, severe weather, strikes, public holidays, or incorrect shipping details. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
• Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. To ensure successful shipment, kindly provide an alternative shipping address when placing your order. If there’s an issue with the address provided, our team will reach out via email for confirmation or correction.
• We are not liable for any loss, delay, or failed deliveries resulting from customer-provided errors, including incomplete or incorrect addresses details, inaccurate contact information, or recipient name mismatches. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Please double-check all delivery information before confirming your order to ensure successful shipment.
