Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.
To track your order:
- You can click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
- Or track it directly here: TRACKING MY ORDER.
- Or check the order status in your account under [Tracking] in [My account] in the app.
You may also email us at support@shopmicas.com (with order# & order status) and we’ll check it for you.

Tracking updates may be delayed due to:
- Force majeure (weather, strikes, restrictions, etc.)
- Customs clearance delays
- Contact issues with local carriers

An email with tracking info is sent once your order ships.
If you haven't received it:
- Confirm that your email address is correct.
- Check your spam folder.
- Check the order status in your account.
If still missing, email us at support@shopmicas.com (with order# & reason).

If your item is marked delivered but not received:
- Verify your address.
- Contact the courier.
- Check with neighbors or mailbox.
- Wait 48 hours — sometimes tracking updates early.
If still not received after 3 business days, email support@shopmicas.com (with order# & reason).

Possible causes:
- Invalid or missing address information
- Carrier unable to deliver
- Customer refused the package
We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered items if the address provided was wrong at purchase.

If delivery failed, verify your address on the confirmation email. If it is correct, contact the courier directly for re-delivery.
Order Issues

For changing order
If not yet shipped: Email us at support@shopmicas.com.
- For item changes (color/size): "Item Change #XXXXXX"
- For address changes: "Address Change #XXXXXX"
If already shipped: we cannot modify the order.
For canceling order
If not shipped, email us with (order# & reason).
If shipped, we may be able to stop the shipment — otherwise cancel after delivery.

Email support@shopmicas.com with shipping label and details so we can resolve quickly.

Email us with your order number, problem explanation, and photos.
Returns and Refunds

Email us within 14 days at support@shopmicas.com with your order# & reason.
You must pay return shipping unless the product is defective.
- Do not return to sender's address.
- No returns accepted without contacting us first.

Refunds take up to 10 business days after the return is processed. A confirmation email will be sent afterwards.
Payments and Promotions

You must ensure compliance with import rules and pay any applicable customs fees, taxes, and tariffs.

Accepted payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, Visa, Klarna, Mastercard, and American Express.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Only one promo code can be used per order.
